Wills and Living Wills

A will serves as the foundation of any estate plan, while a living will outlines your wishes for medical care:

Wills

A will specifies how your assets will be distributed, names guardians for minor children, and appoints an executor to carry out your wishes. We draft wills that are legally sound and customized to your unique circumstances.

Living Wills

This document ensures your preferences for end-of-life medical care are followed. It allows you to make decisions about treatments, such as life support or resuscitation, in advance.

Powers of Attorney

Powers of attorney grant trusted individuals the authority to make decisions on your behalf when you’re unable to do so:

Financial Power of Attorney

This document allows someone you trust to manage your financial matters, such as paying bills, managing investments, or handling property transactions.

Health Care Power of Attorney

A health care POA designates someone to make medical decisions for you if you become incapacitated. This ensures that your health care preferences are carried out by someone who understands your values.

Trust & Legacy Planning

Trusts are an effective way to manage assets during your lifetime and after your passing:

Revocable Living Trusts

A living trust allows you to maintain control of your assets while streamlining the transfer process for your beneficiaries. This approach can help avoid probate and ensure privacy.

Legacy Planning

We help establish charitable donations or financial gifts to loved ones as part of your long-term goals, ensuring that your legacy reflects your values.
